No home consultation told him over the phone what was wrong and he gave me a price which i accepted as he could do it that day
Not bad but you can see the difference between my two builders in pointing . They also mended my lead around the chimney which was what I called them out for seems ok
Good, quick and efficient. the work was completed before any other company made contact.

He quoted £175 more than another company, plus said it would be a extra £350 more to do the felting if needed. He said he would throw the porch in for free. The other company I used did all of it including the felt for £600.

The communication was excellent from the start and the home visit and quotation were promp.
I was entirely satisfied with the worK and the professionalism of the workers although the cost was quite a bt more than first agreed. This would not put me off because the work was good and I was satisfied with the results having had t all explained to me. I would however make sure anther time that the finished cost was set.

Job was done to a poor standard and rushed , I was quoted for ridge tile rebed and got repointed so they came back to put it right, they also left a tile on roof open so had a hole in roof for 4 days, gutters where filled with moss and morter that they had got off the roof, roof was not treated after removing moss even though i reminded them many times so had to get them back to do this, they also said they had sacked both roofers that messed it up but the one who did most of the work was back on the job to fix it, i have left it a year before reviewing to see to see how it stood up to time, ridge tiles that had been repointed now has mortar falling out very disappointed.
