Came promptly. But never keen when first observation of consultation is all the things they 'can't' do. The scaffolding needs to be lowered to access soffit. If not lowered they can't get to it. Fine, but it was his opening negative line that was a turn off. I actually had to ask can you actually remove it when scaffold problem solved. I also had to ask what type of asbestos it was, which then told me. No detail about process. And he left without putting the ladder board back in place. So not a good sign for me.

Walked in and upstairs leaving mudd footprints everywhere then when told said: 'it's part of the job'. I don't think so. Part of the job is customer service. They got the tank out and wrecked the door frame of the airing cupboard - didn't even leave the frame parts for us to try and fix afterwards. We now need a complete new door frame. Would not recommend. Also said all the way along it would cost £200. When arrived said if needed to break it would cost £1000 - never a mention of this prior with several conversations, but thankfully didn't need to be broken. Thankfully never need to use these people again.
