Simple Design Services is an Engineering and Construction Consultants employing Chartered Engineers and Architectural Technicians and engaging building developers. Simple Design Services cover South East England and was formed by Director Simon Heathorn, Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Environmentalist CEng CEnv MICE Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Simple Design Services have been in the business of building construction for 30 years. The company has experience in all aspects of building work and can assist from the initial proposals through to completion of the building work.
Simple Design Services offers civil and structural consultancy services for Architects and Architectural Technicians, builders, contractors and domestic and commercial property developers.
The services include site visits and consultation, surveys and reports, concept and detailed designs including calculations. Drawing services for Planning and Building Control purposes. Primarily covering new properties and alterations to existing properties.
Our services also cover home extensions for the home owner, including Kitchen through dining room changes and loft conversions and extensions.
