The initial phone contact was very helpful and answered all my queries. When the man came to fit to CCTV he advised me and then found a place to fit the camera and recorder that suited my needs. He worked quickly and without mess.

Not impressed
Bit worrying that using Google Earth as a site survey. This is very out of date and did not reflect our property as it is today. None the less it provided the caller with the basic layout of our property and he was able to judge our needs and how many cameras were required

The camera was fitted on 27/03/19. The night vision did not work so engineers came out the next day changed camera. Still did not work. Rang them on Friday they made an appointment for Monday. Rang me Monday to say a mistake was made and can not come out till this Thursday. Not very happy. Will see what happens when they come on Thursday. I would not recommend a national company to anyone else.

We are delighted with the service both over the phone and in person. The fitters were excellent very helpful. The CCTV is brilliant fantastic clear images and easy to use. The price was over £1000 cheaper than another quote. Highly recommend this company.

Quick response and after initial chat ,the quotation was provided immediately. However ,as I got a cheaper quote from a local firm, I had to decline their offer.
I had a very easy time with all I spoke to, however, my only criticism a better tuition of the software would be handy, I had to phone on several occasions to speak to technical staff, However all was explained fully over the phone! It would help with a print out, so you can follow it, after all you have such a thing with a computer and phone. This is maybe a very minor fault, as a company they fulfilled their contract with the utmost professionalism! Fully recommended

This company was the only one to reply
They called me quickly to ask what I required and over a couple of conversations sent me a quote. We agreed to go with them and a day. They gave me a time slot of between 9am and 11am which I felt was quite a late time to start. The engineer turned up at 11.30. Waz was a really nice guy and worked really hard. He didn't leave until Aproximatly 8pm and tried to explain how it all works before he left. There was a bit of a discrepancy about the cameras I thought I was gonna get and what waz was given to instal but we came to an agreement. Because this is all done over a phone call and not face to face this is all where it goes wrong in my opinion. We paid in full before waz left and he told me the next day we would receive a receipt for our payment and warrenty but 3days later and no receipt and we also needed some tec support I gave them a call. I was told some one would call me back within an hour but 3 hours later no call. I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told they were busy. Eventually I called back again and said I would put this in my review and funny enough I got to speak to a manager. The shame is the system, cameras and installation are all very good but the customers service is terrible. It's seems once they have your money they don't care any more. What a shame.

all is good CCTV up and running in about 2 hours . Nice friendly chap fitted it for us and cleaned up after .

I was a little concerned about their their policy not to visit the address to carry out a site survey. It appears they use google earth to view the property and provide a quote over the phone! In my case that could be difficult because I know the building I wish to attach CCTV to isn't on google earth as I've only just built it. Quite disappointed that the company keep hassling me to go ahead with a proposed scheme of just under £1000, with offers of this week availability and special deals etc without coming out to price the job properly, a builder would, so what's the difference? As for other companies to make contact? Nothing. Generally I'm disappointed with this service and I'll do my own research, source my own kit and probably install it myself

There is a lot of negative feedback in the Google specially for after sales service. ALSO they do average type of equipmentservice. EXCELLENT quality equipments are not included in their service. SO I did not proceed with the job contract.

The installation seems quite good so far. The young man who did the installation seemed very vague and uncertain about the system in general and I'm not completely convinced the cameras are set up to I've the best vantage coverage of the property. This may need adjusting in the future. We weren't consulted as to whether there was loft access so the cables could be hidden better and not slung across the roof . I had to ask for the cable to be adjusted neatly and positioned better rather than left slanting across the roof at an angle scruffily.
Fitting was brilliant but images on two of the cameras is poor some of the time Also the time displayed differs by an hour and was promised this would be fixed? I can't look at previous recordings from before midnight at any time after midnight?no idea how to change any passwords?
