Quick response came out the next day , did give me a price for work but have not had any other to compare it to ,I felt he was a bit pushy as wanted me to give him a start date as early as next week ,even after I told him I had someone else coming on Tuesday. .to look at work .
However still waiting for the receipt and note of the promised guarantee!!!!

Price came down a lot when pressed, still probably ended up overpriced but didn't increase it when a small extra problem was identified.

It's was a very timely service from first contact to assess the damage and to repairing the immediate leak. The recommendation for the full repair was thorough and a invoice quoted for the job which was guaranteed with a reasonable yrs on workmanship and materials.

Made rapid phone contact but did not confirm time in writing. I did send a text with details but they still did not turn up, apologise or attempt to rearrange. Nothing further heard from them.

The builders workmen put in a very good days work, not even a lunch break or phone calling. Pity they were not supplied with a better tool kit & safety gear. Overhaul the workers were very satisfactory.

Visit and quote given
Good overall and work carried out well, even finding and replacing two broken tiles. Only one small problem was that they forgot to empty the downpipes from the guttering. Didnt find out untill it rained. I will have to do it but at 75 I dont feel to safe these days. The roof and guttering were cleaned well and wouldn't complain about the workmanship there.
Polite and prompt visit. Wasn't able to obtain an address to view a completed job, hence decided not to go with. Also 2 web sites visited on feed back made no reference to facials/gutters only roofing. 2 feed backs stated 1/waiting for job to be completed and 2/ wasn't returning call to rectify a problem. Would be far better as a small company to allow prospective clients to view completed works
Prompt and fast service. Still waiting after 2 weeks for them to return to finish couple of little bits. I have contacted them a couple of times but as yet no response. A bit disappointing after the excellent work they did.
Quickr response wasr reassuring, however unable to establish problem or give guide to cost without returning 3 days later, so ultimately not suitable for me.
