Room-by-Room (UK) Ltd was established in 2002 and has a 95% Planning and Building Control approval success rate. Architecture is a passion for us, not just a job. CAD drawings are produced using the very latest version of Microstation software, fully licenced for business use.
The services we offer to our customers include Initial Consultation, Feasibility, Sketch Schemes, Preliminary CAD drawing, Planning drawings, Building Control drawings, Specification of Works, Project Management and Site Supervision. We can advise on the Party Wall Act 1996 and Build Over Agreements with your Water Authority. Our Indemnity Insurance underwrites our drawings and design work and our Public Liability Insurance provides customers with an opportunity to continue our services to build the approved scheme.
