Adam Reed telephoned us the same day that we submitted our request to Quotatis. He made an appointment to visit, arrived as arranged, assessed the situation and submitted the quote promptly, as promised. His firm’s workmanship was excellent. His colleague was equally courteous and friendly. The work was completed according to schedule and everything left neat and tidy, as promised. Thoroughly recommended.
Adam of Rooftop Roofing Ltd visited promptly on 10th August to offer estimates, one for gutter replacement, and the other for gutter cleaning and repair, and gave me a company leaflet. I received those estimates by email within about half an hour of his visit, which I thought indicated professionalism and efficency. When I'd had quotes from two other companies I decided to accept Rooftop Roofing's quote for gutter cleaning and repair, and declined the two other contractors. Adam rang to arrange the work for Sat 19th Aug, saying he woulld be here between 11.30-12 noon, coming from a previous job in Maidenhead He did not appear, nor did he contact me. (Nor did the person who had emailed the estimates, who I thought must have been working in a secretarial capacity.) On the afternoon of Mon 21st Aug I rang to find out where he'd been, and he told me he'd fallen from the last two steps of his ladder and fractured his hand, and was waiting to find out if he would need an operation. Very bad luck, but it would have been useful to know! I said in view of his injury, should I cancel the job but he said he was sure he'd be alright (a bit odd) and would let me know on Tues (22nd Aug) in the evening what would be happening. He DID contact by text that afternoon, saying he would be with me on Friday afternoon (today; 25th Aug). I asked what sort of time, and he replied about 2pm. When he hadn't arrived nor contacted me by 2.50 I sent a text asking for an estimated time of arrival. I heard no more from him, so I'm going to cancel the job. I'm hugely annoyed at the waste of my time

Rang very quickly, pleasant on the phone, arranged to meet and then did not show up and no contact since.
They were excellent. Adam made contact about 10 mins after my post and came to look at the problem within the hour and fixed it on the spot. They will be my first choice should I have any guttering or roof issues in the future
