They called and said they could come in an hour. They arrived promptly and looked from the attic window and then went onto the roof to survey the problem. They arrived the first day after the snow disappeared and provided before and after photographs. I don’t know anything but it looks like a solid job to me. No issues at all - and have even said they can recommend a plasterer once it’s dried out in the attic!

I had this company to replace my guttering i noticed while doing the job they took my eaves gaurd from under the roof tiles but they have not replaced them when they said they would put them back after fitting the new gutters with no explanation as to why not
