Rob Shepherd Designs Architectural services provide drawings/plans for planning and/or building regulation approval. The plans are produced to a high standard, using the latest CAD software, making the drawings clear and easy for the local authority, and later the builder, to understand.

Included in our design service, we will complete and submit all local authority applications forms and checklists on the clients behalf. This leaving our clients with more time to concentrate on the finishing touches for their extensions/conversions.

All Residential Projects are priced with a fixed fee, as quoted in the Services/prices section. All commercial project fees will be quoted for on an individual project basis, which will be determined by size and proposed project requirements.
