Appalling. Initial contact made fast enough, price acceptable, appeared competent. Work done was not as agreed and quoted for. Work left unfinished, Roof tiles were broken and not reported or replaced. Quote stated that all rubbish would be removed, it wasn't. The gutters were not cleared out as agreed leaving them blocked. Pathways were left in an awful state, windows and sills also left in a filthy state which required the window cleaners attendance, took him 3 hours against his usual 20mins. Tarmac drive was stained with an unknown chemical. Eaves were pointed at additional cost, by hand, not trowel or brushed and left with deep finger marks, cement and finger marks were also left on the painted fascia. Cement was not cleaned from roof also there is cement on the tarmac drive. I called the contractor to discuss the issues, he agreed to return to put matters right. Despite numerous emails and phone calls he has not done so. He states he is unable to attend as his 2yr old child is on a life support system. Further internet review research has shown that he has used this and similar excuses in the past as a reason for not being able to complete customers work. His father worked on our roof with him although one review states that he had advised the client that his father had died when he was young. I have very recently been informed that he is unable to work as his son has been in a car accident, this has happened since he alleged he was in hospital on a life support machine. Please, please, please, avoid using this contractor at all cost.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I would not recommend them to sweep my path!! They left the building in a worse state than it was before they started, I am having to claim off our home insurance for there incompetence, and we will probably end up taking them to court for the way in which they did the job. I will probably have to get another company in to repair the mess they left the roof and eaves in!! I would give them one star for turning up, and minus 10 stars for the job they did. They have not even had the courtesy to reply to our e-mail, nor have they sent the receipt for the job. What a pair of Cowboys!!!
