Phone only. The price seemed good as were the warranties. We lost contact when I tried to text questions to his phone. (too long, couldn't be delivered!)
We have given the job to Rhino. Competitive price. Arrived promptly and gave good advice and very detailed written quote. Boiler is being installed at end of February, We felt more secured with a slightly bigger, more local company who gave written details and prices

Excellent knowledgeable and helpful...discussed having a team of trades men to complete the task as well as the installation of the new boiler one of his team would build a cupboard around the new boiler and box in the ugly pipes.
No fault of Rhino but I had spoken to orher installers before I had received answer machine contact.
Great consultation and quote. Boiler was fitted and running 2 days after consultation.
Friendly surveyor who focused on the job not the sales persuasion.
