Pre work:Excellent, very straightforward to deal with, very honest and extremely pleasant. From the ladybwho I was in regular contact with from initial contacts to her following up etc they were great to deal with. The guy who came to do the srveybwas also fantastic and very friendly and he explained everything very clearly. The fitting team were very efficient. Got the job done with minimal mess and disruption and very quick too. All appointments kept and on time. I would recommend them to anyone.
