Pre work:Good telephone contact. Kept up contact throughout the day to update me and arrived on time. Very thorough consultation . clearly experienced and was able to explain the quote which he sent in writing within 2 hours.
Post work:
Good job, from quote to completion of work. Started when promised and finished on time. Lovely job.
