Our aim is to use our experience to assist you with a professional and friendly service encompassing Architectural Design, Building Engineering (Building Regulations) and Party Wall Surveying.
Specialising in Domestic work, we prepare the necessary drawing and specifications for Planning & Building Control applications. Our many years of training and experience has given us the knowledge to be Party Wall Surveyors, preparing notices, carrying out Schedule of Condition surveys and producing the necessary Awards.
We are qualified to act for both the building owner and the adjoining owner but also act in smaller projects as the 'Agreed' surveyor for both parties under The Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Andrew studied with, and is a Technical member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers along with being a Professional member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. These organisations expect members to "carry out their work with due skill, care and diligence and with proper regard for the professional and technical standards expected of them".
We primarily work throughout the South West of England but do work for regular clients throughout the UK.
