We are a family run company based in sutton/wallington area we are gas safe registered and have been since 1994 in its original form of corgi and carry out full day to day property maintenance and refurbishment works we have been trading since the 1980's and cover most trades , some of our guys have been with us in excess of 15 years .
We will carry out callouts at short notice if possible during the day .

boiler breakdowns and replacements ,
power flushing ,
landlords gas safety certificates
Water and gas leaks
bathroom installations including tiling
unblocking drains/wastes
roofing repairs
carpentry
kitchen installations
locksmith works including lock replacements and emergency access (broken or lost keys)
Full internal and external decorating
Condensation/Mould works
boarding up and glazing repairs
fence works
legionella inspections



All these in house and work alongside an independent damp proofing company , a double glazing manufacturer/installer and a timber joinery company and each of these we have dealt with for in excess of 10 years.

Our direct labour all wear uniform with the company name on and are used to collecting keys and working within tenanted properties or with home owners .

We carry out works for owners , agents and private landlords on a daily basis and are currently making in excess of 100 visits per week to occupied dwellings and have worked in occupied properties in excess of twenty five years , our guys operate on ipad/iPhones with all job work sheets emailed over with pictures taken and emailed back of each job we attend /carry out if required , we try and give updates back during the day of each job being carried out if there are any problems if possible otherwise the next day with any estimate or information for works that are required /carried out.

We are contactable daily in the office and our guys throughout the day via email or phone , our company has full public liability ,vat registered and waste removal license .
