Replacement of fascias, soffits and guttering. The pleasant and polite installation team arrived promptly (early, in fact), carried out the work speedily, cleaned up and removed waste materials with a minimum of fuss. I'm very pleased with the look of the end result, and when we have some rainfall, I'll be able to report on the effectiveness of the work.

The work was carried out very speedily. My new gutters have not been tested with a downpour yet - but as far as I can see, the work is very satisfactory. And the workmen were prompt, very polite and cleaned up afterwards.

Felix was utterly disorganised in terms of appointment-making! He made one, then another for two days afterwards then he asked me to phone him again to make yet another! We eventually narrowed it down to one! Felix is very personable and relaxed - except that he was wanting to know about my decision asap (which is fair enough I suppose!).Demonstration of methods/products used was very rushed (had to look at a short series of laminated images which I'd already seen on their website - on which the information is pretty limited anyway).

Most expensive but best overall presentation and offer life time garauntee on parts plus 15 years on work

Only completed yesterday.so not been tested yet.the fitter was very polite and courteous and I would say as far as I can see has done a excellent job. My only complaint is that the fitter was not goven enough pipe to replace the drain pipe across the conservatory.which I need to speak to profacia about.this .the company was the most expensive but the home. Visit and sales material probided along with a 15 year guarantee on workmanship plus lifetime on supplies made me think the extra £300 was a good investment

I was a little hesitant as the geographical area they had worked on before some distance away but Felix came at a time agreed to give an initial quote and after I had received several more expensive Quotes from Local suppliers. He returned at my request to quote for additional work that I realised I needed. His workers arrived at a time as agreed and in spite of the Access to parts of my roof being very difficult they completed it within 4 days to an excellent standard. They even managed to keep my difficult neighbours happy - Profascias' ladders etc. blocked our common access and they dismantled them all to allow a car to come through even though they had been warned in advance of the work!
