Excellent response to my leaking problem. Quickly dismissed need for anything for invasive than cleaning gutter and downpipe blockage which he confirmed by inspection. Was disgusted to hear of rip off quotes for unnecessary work. Job done efficiently and with care.
Courteous and friendly, Ben was one of only two people who actually gave me a proper diagnosis for our leaking gutter. It was simply blocked, no major repairs were needed. Others gave me quotes as high as £11k without getting up a ladder to look, thinking a seventy old lady could be easily fooled. Thank you Ben.

We chose Primoplastics and Roofing and were very satisfied. See Feedback form.
Very competitive and acceptable price quoted. Started and finished when they said they would. Had minimum of 3 working on roof, and kept us informed about progress and contacted us when they were unable to work due to poor weather or if they were running late. We had a smaller job that needed doing as well and we negotiated a very reasonable price. All work was carried out to a high standard. We also had a leak from our back roof which they agreed to fix at no extra cost and this was successfully repaired after other builders had failed to do so. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to others.
Ben surveyed my roof and gave me a price, admittedly it was a little more than I expected, but he convinced me that they would do a good job and if I was not happy I should not pay him, he also mentioned their work would be guaranteed for 10 years as well. Ronnie and his team arrived the next day to carry out the work they were really polite, Kai removed the old shattered tiles caused by wear and tear over the years. It took two days for Kai to complete the overhaul of my roof and Ronnie supervised and cleaned up. Ben brought the materials and took away the rubbish The three of them did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them... Thank you very much :)

I ended up using Primoplastings and Roofing. The team that took on the job, was very good, thorough at their work, fair pricing and very professional. Totally recommend them.
I spoke to Ben on Saturday morning following storm Eunice asking for assistance to replace 2 ridge tiles, he was very helpful on the phone & completed the work very promptly without me having to take time off work. Posted a recent job and received a prompt and courteous response from Ben. He arrived the same day and provided the most competitive quote for the works. I am very pleased with the finished result. The work was completed in the time they advised.
The quality of the work was fantastic, well installed and a massive upgrade from the existing fascias and sofits we had on the house previously. Ronnie and his team were friendly, considerate, explained things clearly and were happy to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality and honest which is value for money!
Very good no complaint so far they arrived at the stated time and worked really well. Both workmen were polite and tidy and finished the work in two days. No money paid up front paid when work was complete

Gut feel decision in the end. Ben was straight as a die no quibble quote based on survey with payment on completion when totally happy. I guess I’m a bit old school trusting a handshake and eye contact but believe a deals a deal and in spite of discovering more work and cost, trust was established so approval to proceed granted on the spot. I know this review might cause pause for thought for those concerned about choosing a contractor so make you own mind up. This is my honest opinion and real life experience with Primoplastics and roofing and am confident if you choose them to fix your roof you’ll be as pleased as me and my spouse

Arrived next day to do an inspection and initially gave me a price for a felt roof replacement. I called back the next day and informed them that I didn't want felt, and PrimoPlastics then gave me a competitive price for replacing the roof completely with corrugated sheet metal. We agreed a fair price and work was complete yesterday, less than a week after I requested a quote. Job was done in one day and I'm very pleased with the results.
