Initially the work was to repair guttering but problems found meant that needed it to be replaced. They were upfront with faults found providing good evidence. They provided viable options for me to choose with no pressure. Replacement work done very well to a good price. Site left clean with all rubbish removed. Very satisfied.

The quote was too high. The company were prepared to undertake the job without scaffolding when, in fact, this was clearly unsafe to do so.

William responded to our request for an urgent gutter repair in a professional way with a clear presentation of what was invoved. Despite a sudden death in the family the work was done on schedule to an excellent standard by Dale their guttering expert. We thought however that it was more expensive than we were expecting.
Did not turn up to appointment. will not be using them.
Contacted very quickly, came over gave a quotation which I accepted, work has now been done...…..very pleased
