Platinum contractors phoned and turned up within one hour. He took photos and explained the problem, gave me a price and told me he could repair the leak now. I told him to carry on it was still raining and the roof was still leaking. He did the job took more photos and showed me what he'd done. It was still raining and the next day rained a lot harder but the roof didn't leak. One satisfied customer.

They came same day and provided a quote which I know was fair as I have a relative in the trade but he lives too far away to do the work. The job will be done either this week or 2 weeks time. Response time absolutely first class

James was very professional , clearly outlining options and making clear the process . The price offered was very reasonable and as such allocwed us to enlarge the job to both the fascia and guttering at the back ofv the kitchen and re pointing the ridge tiles. James and his team completed the job in just two days immediately before Christmas . We were both at work but despite that James kept us informed with any options and updates. His team left a very good job and a tidy site. Would definitely recommend and would like to thank them and wish them a prosperous New Year .

Awesome the work was carried out by three tradesmen they were very thorough, and they cleaned up when they were finished. They arrived exactly as promised and completed the work in great time. I have recommended them to several people. I cannot fault them or their work.
I rang & spoke to James from Platinum. He offered to call following day -Fri pm. He rang Fri morn & said as he'd finished his other job early, could he look at my roof & possibly with this early start he might be able to complete my job. He gave me a competitive price, explained what work was necessary & completed the job cleanly & in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
