Our aim is to use our experience to assist you with a professional and friendly service encompassing Party Wall Surveying, Architectural Design and Building Engineering.
Specialising in Party Wall Matters, we can prepare notices, carry out Schedule of Condition surveys and produce the necessary Awards.
 Through some 35 years experience, the knowledge and experienced gained, has given us a valuable insight into the way neighbourly building work takes place successfully and more recently encompassing the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
We are qualified to act for both the building owner and the adjoining owner but also act in smaller projects as the 'Agreed' surveyor for both parties. 
From the inception of the Party Wall etc. Act in 1996, our principle Andrew Seller MFPWS has been professionally involved and now passes this experience forward, having the knowledge to make sure 'Awards' served, are both fair and practical.
Andrew studied with, and is a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors who expect members to "carry out their work with due skill, care and diligence and with proper regard for the professional and technical standards expected of them".
We work throughout the UK with London and the South West of England being our main geographical areas of focus.
