Although I gave these 5 stars I didn't use them as I checked on internet and found that there accounts are not too clever even though they gave a really good price I just wasn't willing to take the risk.

Very good first impressions. Very quick, plesent visit. Measured up, told main things and rang with the price 1h later. They were very keen to get the business, so price matched my other quote. After signing the contract I had to chase them a few times about installation day - didn't hear back for last 3 weeks. Not chasing them anymore. Started to doubt in their aftersales service. Not sure if i want them to do the job now because of poor communication...
