Professional but more expensive
Pleasant home visit just a little over my budget
Initial difficulty on phone when explaining customer needs. Having explained situation i.e. broken boiler I don't think it can be fixed needs replacing and a quote I was persuaded to have call out which proved to be a waste of time. However, excellent 1st visit from company regarding quote and advice, very thorough. e

Competitive quote, willingness to reduce a little to get business, however after gaining 6/7 quotes, weighing up pro + cons, I selected another firm
Very professional and knowledgeable, with plenty of good references. Was not aware of some of the services they had on offer, otherwise I would have likely picked these for my boiler replacement.
