Good communication, fast response but very expensive
Prompt initial phone call and visit, work was done within the time scale given but we were very disappointed. When mr Picket examined it he agreed that he would not accept it and the job was redone. The work is now done to our satisfaction but not a very comfortable experience with the same workers redoing their work.
