Excellent. Polite, professional, efficient. JAMES kept in touch on the phone to keep me informed of his arrival time. He arrived fully prepared with a file with all his qualifications and insurance details in. He looked at the work involved and gave us a very competitive quote and was able to complete the job quickly and tidied up after the work was completed. I recommended him to my sister who wanted a stump ground out also and he went straight round and did an excellent job there too.
