Leys Longden and Co is a small practice providing advice on many aspects of buildings and property.

We are able to assist with proposed acquisitions (Building Surveys and valuations), disposals (dilapidations), boundary problems including Party Walls, defect analysis and also refurbishment and repair/maintenance of buildings to extend their useful life. The practice deals with both residential and commercial work

We have offices in Oxford, Witney and Chipping Norton and are therefore ideally located to cover both the Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire areas
