LC Blueprints Ltd is an Independent Family run business. Therefore our customers are our top priority and recommends is our main source of work.

LC Blueprints was established by Mr Lee Paul Campbell in 2005. Since leaving school in 1998 he started an apprenticeship with the UK’s largest loft conversion company. After nearly 9 years with the company he decided to set up his own business producing architectural plans for loft conversions (hence the name LC Blueprints). We produced plans and surveys for some well known national loft conversion companies and were involved in 100's of loft projects every year.

With a constant demand from clients, LC Blueprints naturally progressed into a design and build company. Although the business went toward the design & build route, the name remained the same.

Over the years this has given us a wealth of experience in both design and build and we have pretty much worked on every type of property and roof there is. We are currently involved in well over 200 loft projects every year from designs to design and builds.

We offer free no obligation quotations and design sketches. This will show you the possible conversion ideas available the suite the property. We will also discuss in detail the specifications, timescales, position of new staircases, walls, windows etc.

Our biggest trick is, we never use salespeople or sales tactics! We simply give you peaceful straightforward hassle free advice and tips on the best conversion possible to suite you, your property and your budget!
