KHA Architectural Design is an independent firm of Architectural Designers with the head office in picturesque village of Long Melford, Suffolk.
 
KHA provide services throughout the country, although generally in and around Sudbury, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge and South East London / North West Kent.
 
Founded over a decade ago by Kevin Hurley BSc MRICS, a highly experienced Building Surveyor and Architectural Designer, KHA has established a sound reputation for personal and professional service designed to meet all our client needs.

KHA offer a range of architectural services including;

- Pre application discussions with Local Authorities
- Architectural Designs
- CAD drawings
- Computer Generated Images & 3D visualisations
- Obtaining statutory consents and approvals, including: Full Planning applications, House Holder applications, Listed Building Consent, and approval of Conditions. We liaise with the Planning Officers throughout the application.
- Construction drawings and specifications including working with 3rd party consultants, such as Structural Engineers.
- Building Regulation applications, with either the Local Authority or Appointed Inspectors - The Building Regualtion application also includes obtaining SAP rating calculations and water effienceny calucations when necessary. 
- Tenders and financial control of building projects
- We can also offered recommendations with regards to contractors.
