KDC Build is a well established design and build company that has over 35 years of experience. We are based in Preston covering the whole of Lancashire. Over the years our company has gone from strength to strength and we now have a large client base throughout our service area. As a company we take great pride in all of our projects and this can be seen in the excellent results that we achieve for our customers time & time again!We are able to undertake all aspects of the building trade for both domestic and commercial customers. From loft conversions, house extensions, basement conversions and large commercial conversions i.e. a Mill in Burnley into an IT Training College & a second storey extension to a college in Preston for BAE /Ltc.
