An appointment was made for someone to come and see the job but it was not kept. My subsequent phone call was answered by the son who apologised profusely, said his father was ill and that he would come around immediately. He did - and we agreed a price and made an appointment for 2 days later (also agreeing that a quick phone call to inform a customer of any problem in keeping an appointment is desirable!). Nobody turned up, contacted me or answered my phone call. The next morning I phoned again and Mrs Jones phoned back, apologised, and said her husband had been called out the previous day to an emergency in a school and had not got home until the early hours. He had apparently told her at that point to be sure to phone me (!!) and that he would be coming to me that morning!!! Nobody turned up. What an appalling way to run a business!

Very quick call back and visit to quote on the same day. Polite and honest about work needed and competitive price. Work was completed within 2 days which was great as we had a dripping gutter which could have caused further damage .

Excellent work, on time, very professional, personable and hard working. Thoroughly assessed what needed doing, and advice about down pipe leak. No hesitation in recommending this firm and I will use them again.
