Pre work:
Brief survey which didn't include measuring. He didn't bother to come into my home, instead we had a 2min conversation stood in my back garden (it was freezing!). He slashed the price in half with a view to getting further business in our street. I'm not interested in fast salesmen who can't be bothered to explain their process, technique and material specifications to me.
