Pre work:Excellent all round, a surveyor came round to look at the job, he also showed me a model of the products they use explaining in detail the materials and how the ventilation works. Very nice man, he knew his job well. He didn't press for an answer there and then, just gave me the quote and asked me to call them if I decided to use their company. Which I did without hesitation. The company boss then made an appointment to see me to make sure I was happy with the date they had arranged for me, they said within 6 weeks but as far as I can recall it was no more than 4 weeks. I also paid a small deposit at this point. When the work was completed the company boss returned again to make sure I was happy with the work and to collect the amount owing. He gave me guarantees and certificates for the work done.
