We are a medium sized architectural practice operating from offices in the north east of England throughout the UK. We have extensive experience in the commercial and industrial sectors and of healthcare, education and residential projects.
Since the practice was originally founded in 1964, Ian Belsham Associates have developed close working relationships with many of our Clients and 85% of our current, ongoing projects are for previous Clients. We also undertake the majority of our work with a limited number of Contractors enabling us to develop partnerships, promoting teamwork and helping to deliver projects to budget, on time and to an agreed level of quality.
IBA operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2000.
