Wilfred talked me through the work required very clearly . I liked the fact that I got an email quote and a paper quote. He was very helpful and kept me consulted about the work along the way. I also like the quotation he offered for the work to be done, much more competitive than previous quotes I had had.

Advised on suitability of alternative approaches. We did not take discussion far enough to get quote for job as finally envisaged. 3* rating for Price Competitiveness is nominal to enable completion of questionnaire.
Really quick for quote and work completed. Worked around my schedule as best he could.
