Absolute gents! Cannot fault the work that was completed. The chaps were lovely and even came back to fix a patch of concrete that a storm had damaged. Would recommend and also refer back to if ever I need any more work completing. Thank you guys!

Good and easy to deal with. Knowledgeable. Took care to do the job right and cleared up afterwards. Came out quickly and did a very good quality job. Were not cheap though.

Very pleasant and honest, gave me a detailed description of the work that would be carried out, the types of materials that would be used the reasons why and an approximate cost for the job.

very prompt service contacted me within 10 mins and did the job in less than a hour
Good repair a bit on the high side money wise but needed the job doing quickly but I never received a receipt done for the work I was told they would send it via email never sent
we only got one quote and that was from steadfast we were very pleased with repair so far we are awaiting rain to see everything is ok
Pleasant chap. Gave a quote for a quick fix and a full roof repair. Said I would get back to him when we had decided what to do but received a call in meantime
Unsure how they came to price possibly thought of a price then doubled it as no measurements were taken just a quick wander round property.

Initial estimate very good. Once they actually went on the roof it doubled. Then it was 5 times or more without actually doing the conservatory roof they came to do. This was almost as much again. Stupid not to have insisted on a written estimate. Initial estimate £750. Actual cost over £5000.
Quick and efficient
Worked weekend which was good. I can't really complain. A bit pushy for me to get extra work done that was a bit pricey. I want to recommend them. As I can't fault their work much at all. But they would insist that I got this done and that done which I felt pressured in a way. For anyone to use them they are fine. I would maybe use them again. Job finished on time. All rubbish taken away.
