Very informative and pleasant , price was a little bit higher than some quotes but the engineer gave me valuable information. Well worth considering.
They offered one type of boiler, the price is not so competitive, but they would have been able to do a back-boiler to combi conversion within a day or two, so they are speedy. The representative was competent, friendly and not pushing to sign the deal on the spot, which was good. Decided to go with another firm though.
