I got Dan's reference from Quotatis and was really happy with his work. First of all it was done quite quickly and we also got a good advice in selecting the colour of the paint & suggestion on other interiors . Dan & team have a good energy level, confident, very friendly and know their profession very well. Finally they ensured that we were happy with the work before they sent us the invoice. You will not be disappointed.
Energetic, highly enthusiastic and extremely competitive pricing, promising a higher than standard quality of finish. Keen to please and always utterly polite and respectful of the customer's needs and wishes. They were quick to get the job started, punctual, neat and self-sufficient,, ensuring that they cleared up completely when finished. The most important aspect was how well they dealt with an unforeseen problem that arose, involving having to undo some of what they had done and fetch new materials. They did this speedily and with commendable good grace. Dave is full of energy and enterprise, Mike is quiet and highly focused; they complement each other and make a good team; they carried out two small additional tasks and left it to my discretion as to whether or not I paid them anything extra and if so, how much. No money was requested until the job was completed to my satisfaction, payment was on invoice via electronic transfer (I love the fact that they did not ask for cash) and most important of all to me was the cast-iron honesty and integrity of the company that became apparent as the job progressed.
Responded to enquire quickly. Gave good advice as to what I should do. Agreed an appointment to do the work within a few days. Worked very hard in very wet conditions and did a very professional job. Put down protective covering to protect the floors of the house that they needed to access to get to back garden. Cleaned up very professionally at the end of the job. They were very polite and friendly.
