Excel is the ONLY company recommended by you. Speedy contact and appointment same day of contact. No measuring of anything. Just a walk round the property and a verbal price given followed up by email only because I asked for it in writing. Benjamin was very pleasant but not very professional in my view. How can he possibly give an accurate quote without any sort of measurement. The quote appears very high as well but since he is the first and only company to quote so far that remains to be seen.

As the problem was resolved I did not proceed with this company but they had been very helpful on the phone and gave me a tentative diagnosis and the likely cost of putting it right.
