I feel that the job was rushed, The owner of the company did not seem to take pride in his work. Big gaps in tiles where there is no sand, some broken and cracked tiles, The cement that was used was not mixed properly and fell apart in places after a few days. No cement mixer was used. I contacted the owner about this and sent photos as he offered a 8 year guarantee and he has still not replied to my messages. Also I was not offered the path way edgings which I assumed would be done as did show his brother my neighbours next door and said I wanted the same edging . Possibly this was a misunderstanding but I know nothing and feel I should have been offered this. The price was okay although the square area I was quoted was smaller actually than originally quoted but I still paid the same amount. I was asked all the time to pay before even being able to get a family member to come and look and trusted them as they supposed to be professionals. I guess but I feel if a little more time was spent on the job and care and if he had checked everything himself, I felt they just wanted money. To me even if I do something for free I do a proper job. I feel I paid a lot although he said he gave me a discount but he still did 5 meters less that what was quoted because of a misunderstanding in the area originally so he scored. He has not contacted me or replied back so I feel that is bad especially if he is offering a 8 year guarantee?? Sorry this is so long but trying to cover everything.
