I found all three of the crew to be professional, technically competent and caring of the surroundings. The day selected for the job turned out to be one of continuous rain. The rain started as they arrived and steadily worsened as the day progressed. Regardless of this, they displayed true English grit and ignored the rain. The job, the removal of six or so ancient Leylandii was accomplished without any damage to the adjacent property. Eventually the rain became so bad that it was mutually agreed to finish the clearing up at the first opportunity once the weather cleared. Last, but by no means least, they combined both courtesy and good humour despite the appalling weather. Equally important to a low budget OAP such as myself, the agreed price for the job was more than reasonable I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Tree Care.
