DWS Roofing. On first contact asked for a price to replace ONE tile,and was tild about £40.00. On arrival was told (at ground level) that one of my ridge tiles appears loose. To replace tile and reset ridge tile,price jumped up to £150.oo (Could do straight away.) On commencement of work was told that all ridge tile were loose and chimney capping was loose. Total cost was £600.00but would do job for £550.00 tho may have to work late to complete. Within the hour was told 'Job done' Contacted via 'Checkatrade'!!
