DSB Property Designs Ltd is a Chartered Consultancy producing plans for Residential and Commercial developments including extensions, loft conversions, garden rooms, refurbishment, care homes, public buildings and new build; we consult with the local council and apply for Planning permission and Building Regulations approval on your behalf. We will also deal with structural calculations required as part of the Building regulations process and advice you on relevant permission and legislation required to reach construction stage.


From initial concept and architectural design through to approval for Planning Permission and Building Regulations we manage the whole process advising you on all planning issues including whether or not your proposal meets Permitted Development requirements. Where a proposal meets permitted development legislation we will apply for a Lawful development certificate on your behalf, this certificate shows that at the time of construction your works did not need planning permission which proves useful when selling your property.


We produce Part G water calculations for Building Regulations approval.
