Starting fresh in a new country is never easy, but what we did Catalin Opris and his brothers was the opportunity to reinvent, recreate and allow them to excel in life and business.
We launched DREAM the Build. Ltd in 2010, formally know as HIGH QUALITY BUILDERS.LTD, and we have talent an eye for spotting good opportunity's for projects, developments and have built a superb reputation and track record ... we have passion for perfection.
Our team are hand picked closely with them to deliver our clients hopes and aspirations for their homes and investment properties.
Finding the right team members is critical in abuilding a service based business, in short we try harder BEACOUSE WE HAVE TO.

Maintaining clear lines of communication whit clients, suppliers & the team is the secret to meeting and exceeding property owners expectation.
Our business is about helping ALL involve in the building project be part of the process and that makes the process a pleasurable experience, not a nightmare.

Catalin has great knowledge and good ideas for design
I used this company to carry out a side and rear extension to my property . In all the project took 4 months to complete, during which I found Catalin and his team to be considerate, easy to work with, able I listen to my ideas and the project was completed within the price quoted which was quite competitive... I will recommend them to anyone

With absolutely no idea about how to get our double storey extension built, we were completely dependent on the builder to get us the job done. We are very thankful that we chose Catalin. His no-nonsense approach from the first meeting impressed me and he helped me make a decision by showing me his current project at two different timelines. He has stuck to the quote and we have been happy to stick with him for additional jobs as part of the renovation. His team is very good. He can be reached whenever we want to and explains any constraints clearly in advance. ?He doesn't settle for cheaper stuff and always ensures quality. If there are any issues, he responds quickly and endeavours to get them addressed. Great team to engage!

Excellent technical knowledge. Knew what he was talking about. Didn't have software to show how extension or loft would look like. Very helpful and looked at other house improvement areas. Saw a couple of his properties which were good
