Surveying Services aimed at both Residential and Commercial
Clients; ranging from Architectural Design; Planning and
Building Regulations; Historic Building Conservation and Building
Pathology.
The Practice was set up by Dan Raymond MRICS IMaPS a Chartered Building Surveyor who has over 25 years Surveying experience, having worked for national and regional Surveying Consultancies as well as Local Authorities and currently as a Senior Surveyor with a National Conservation Charity.
Dan has a passion for all aspects of Building Surveying but in particular Historic Building Conservation where he is an advocate in the use of traditional building materials and construction methods and Architectural Design and detailing.
All of our Surveyors are Chartered and Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
