my name is danny and my company is DB Fascias & Property Maintenance ltd We are a well established family business and have been in the roofing and building trade for over 20 years.
We cover all roofing repairs and new installations. Our speciality is the repair of, and also new installations of fascias, soffits and gutters. We install new dry verge and dry ridge system. We also repair and install flat roofing on garages, outbuildings etc. And cover all general property maintenance.
We have the added advantage of owing our own scaffolding, in keeping with the new health and safety regulations, and at no extra cost to the customer.
We are registered upvc installers with ‘Freefoam’.
We are fully insured
All our work is guaranteed
We are also members of R.C.P (regional crime prevention)
We provide free quotes, with no obligation.

Post work:
Danny rang to discuss the problem with my garage roof and after I sent him photos he offered a quote to repair it with a rubber coating. Another roofer came and said it couldn't be repaired and quoted for replacement. I telephoned Danny to get his quote and, although he offered to match or even beat it, when I told him who had quoted he told me to give the job to the other roofer as he would do a good job and it was a good price.
Pre work:
Danny was absolutely brilliant! He contacted me really quickly and came the next day to complete my repair job. Very friendly and great service with a good price.
Post work:
Very pleased with the whole process. Roof now looks great and reasonably future proofed against further need for maintenance. Good bunch of lads on site. Would happily recommend.

Very pleased with the end result. Very quick to respond and carry out the work. Excellent knowledge and materials used are of high quality.
The company was very good and social distances was excellent. A first class job was achieved, they also did some more work which needed doing on my flat roof extensions. All in all a very professional company and first class workmanship.
Happy with the work provided, and cleaned up after. The test will come when it rains again.

Excellent telephone service and figure quoted over telephone was best I have been quoted. Danny and his assistant did an excellent job cleaning the roof of moss and fungus. They worked continually despite the bad weather and cleaned up everywhere. Danny was very keen to ensure the job had been completed to our satisfaction and even checked on the neighbours to ensure they hadn't been affected by the debris.
