Contacted me very quickly, very polite and understanding on the phone. Answered all my questions directly and professionally. As I have not yet purchased the property I was only wanting a quote to get an idea of cost of work so no home consultation required yet. Despite this, the electrician was very helpful and I will definitely use his services if I do buy the property in question
