Conceptual Designs are a structural design firm, and we pride ourselves for doing innovative structural and architectural design. We specialise in new build residential, commercial and refurbishment projects, including loft conversions, basement conversions and extensions.
As a company based in Benfleet we are able to provide our clients with an excellent range of professional services from architectural scheme and conceptual structural designs, advice, building surveys, structural reports, planning applications, pre-purchase surveys, new build work and much more.
At Conceptual Designs covering Benfleet and the surrounding areas we have in excess of 35 years in consulting engineering and we have previously carried out projects for high rise blocks, plants, military buildings and all types of construction projects throughout the UK, Canada & Saudi Arabia.
We are familiar with all the materials used, including but not limited to concrete, steel, timber and masonry. We use the best materials based on the project, to ensure optimum design and the most cost effective solution for our clients.
We also specialise in foundations design including but not limited to piled foundations and reinforced concrete ground beams, basements, enabling works, raft, and the more traditional types, such as strip footing and the pad foundations covering Benfleet and the Southend-On-Sea area.
We can also offer an emergency 24 hour design service for our clients  for certain types of fast structural designs. We have many years of experience of working for complex prestigious residential, industrial and commercial buildings in the UK.
