Colt properties provided an excellent service from initial home consultation provided by David, to the scaffolders and the guys who fitted our new guttering, facials & soffits. They were all very professional and the guys who came and did the work were very slick, tidy & cleaned up after themselves. A great service and would recommend Colt Property Improvements Ltd.

Price of more than £2500 was ridiculous
Seemed more interested in selling their 'seamless guttering' than trying to reconfigure my established system.
Decided to use colt property, although slightly more expensive. Their surveyor David was very professional & we liked the 10 year guarantee. Also completed the job quickly & excellent results.

Alternative guttering solution good comms not the cheapest but they were able to do the work needed. And they are authorised to handle and dispose of asbestos material. One could say they offered a complete solution
