Pre work:
Very quick to call me, and a very pleasant manner. However, I would rather he come to see what I wanted done and seemed rather too eager to do the work. (He was happy to quote without viewing the job). I have decided to go with someone closer to my home and felt that CM Tiling were too far away to be able to offer a satisfactory after sales service IF one were required.
