Paul was very polite, seemed to know what he was talking about. Unfortunately the wife of his normal engineer went into labour and Paul pulled in another contractor. The man who came eventually finished the work but had to be pulled back as he was leaving as he hadn’t bled the radiators and they were still cold, said man showed no respect for our house. Was rude, not only to his trainee but also us. Left a stain on our carpet and destroyed some of our lawn by pouring chemicals all over it. So anyone thinking of using Hammond Heating from West Mersea ...think again.

Exceptionally good. Immediate quote very competitive, both agent and fitters could not have been better. would not hesitate to very positively recommend.
