Christopher Dinnis Architects Ltd are architects who specialise in residential alterations, extensions, new builds and conservation projects dealing with historic and listed buildings. This small, friendly practice has over 35 years of experience in architecture and design projects with an up to date knowledge of current legislative requirements.

The practice provide a top quality design service and offer advice on the requirement for planning permission and also how to comply with Building Regulations, producing all the required drawings and specifications and negotiating with the authorities on the clients behalf. The architects can also project manage the works when they are on site.

Christopher Dinnis Associates architects are chartered RIBA and RIAS registered.
